Я хочу́... = I want...
Что ты хо́чешь? = What do you want? (informal)
Я хочу́ пить. = I want to drink.
Я хочу́ ку́шать. = I want to eat.
Я хочу́ спать. = I want to sleep.
Я хочу́ рабо́тать. = I want to work.
Я хочу́ гуля́ть. = I want to walk.
Я не хочу́ гуля́ть. = I don't want to walk.
Я не хочу́ ку́шать. = I don't want to eat.
Я не хочу́ пить. = I don't want to drink.
