Description

Perfect your Russian accent with Gogol Bordello!

OK, that's not exactly a Russian song but you will hear a random Russian word if you listen to it. Some of the Russian words are actually curse words, so the listener's discretion is advised!

The band Gogol Bordello is a Gypsy punk band formed in Manhattan. It consists of Eastern European musicians from Russia, Ukraine and Israel.

The band's name "Gogol" comes from the name Nikolai Gogol, one of the most influential writers in Ukrainian and Russian literature.

The song Start Wearing Purple was popular in the USA.
